Hi All-it's Jessica and I am back :) Again a huge thank you to Katie for blogging for me while I was in Ethiopia. Still lots more to share and I hope to get some more pictures up this week (and a few videos as well).
Today I am going back to work-people had mentioned the jet-lag, but the emotion of returning to a place without the person I most want to be here is unbelievably hard. Not a moment goes by that I don't think about what Minalachew is doing, when he will move to Addis and when I can see him again. Kenny has been such a wonderful little guy upon our return and senses that mom needs extra hugs and kisses now :)
We hope to hear more from the courts as to if we are in the final approval stages and if our paperwork from the Ministry of Women's Affairs has arrived-as always I will keep you updated here as well.
THANK YOU THANK YOU to all who have purchased items while I was gone-it was amazing to see the orders that were coming through--thank you so much! We now know that trip #2 will only give us about 1 week of a heads up so the flights will be quite expensive the second trip--so thank you thank you thank you!
